We understand the food manufacturer’s lack of excitement in the traffic light scheme: who wants a red light on their unhealthy product?

Couldn’t they create a system to highlight healthy foods? A gold star, properly explained, perhaps might get someone’s attention who is seeking a healthier alternative.
