Hi! Thanks for taking a look at my post, and also giving me more information about wild boar meat dishes. Honestly, I didn’t know that you could make sausage or bacon with wild boar meat! (I mean, it should be possible, but I didn’t think anyone would want to make such things.) And I never thought that the meat can be made into such sophisticated dishes like the ones in the photos here. :D Mmmmm...
