Recent photographs of the 10th planet 2003 UB313, taken from the Hubble Space Telescope shows that the planet is twice the size of Pluto. The picture with an image size of 1.5 pixels was put down to get the diameter of the planet, which was 1490 miles....

Now that a KBO larger than Pluto has been found, either that body should be considered a planet as well or Pluto should be reclassified as a KBO. For our solar system, it makes the most sense for the four large inner rocky bodies and the four gas giants to be called planets, and a different designation for the icy bodies beyond Neptune, regardless of what size they may be. That way we won’t have to keep arguing about which bodies out there in the far reaches of the solar system should get the coveted ”Planet” status. Pluto has always been a misfit planet, now it obvious why.
